A Parting Geek Gift

Every time I discover or solve a problem or one of you guys suggest a good solution to an issue I have now started sending an email to my auto post e-mail account (see To: address). Doing this automatically logs the tip on my http://UnixAdmin.ftmon.org website under the Tips category. Feel free to use the site. You also can post any tips or useful stuff you find as well by sending to that email. It does not publish the name and email of who posted the tip and if you surround the tip with a :start and :end as in this example email then it will not put on the company disclaimer etc. Also make sure you don’t put in critical information such as host names / ip addresses etc.

It does not do formatting that well so you have to base the email you send on this example email. The publishing system looks for new posts every 5 minutes and then updates the site, so you should see this post and the result there in 5 minutes time.
